PLEASE READ

Parents or guardians are required to come into the facility and check in and out their child/ren each day. If someone not on the list is picking up my child I will notify staff and will need to show identification. Drop off is no earlier than 8:45 and pick up is no later then 3:00. After 3:05 a $10 late charge will be charged & then $5 for every 5 minutes after. Camp must be paid in full before the first day of camp. I understand the terms/conditions stated above. I fully understand the inherent risk with playing indoors/outdoors, and I accept those risks on behalf of my child/ren. In the event of an emergency and neither I or my emergency contact cannot be reached , I authorize camp management at Community Gardens to have my child transported to the nearest emergency facility.
