Each weekend, Community Garden's Pumpkin Patch brings in hundreds of families. With more activities available for kids planned and no other pumpkin patches in Bastrop County, we expect traffic to significantly increase this year. Booth Spaces are $60 per day and $100 per weekend. If you wish to participate every weekend day, we have a discounted price of $425. Premium and Title Sponsor spaces are available. Note: booth spaces are first-come, first served. We try to honor requests but the booth location will be based on time of reservation and available space. Most of the traffic and activities will be outdoors

My booth will require electricity (+$25) - limited availability. Price is per day for one standard outlet. We do not supply extension cords, power strips or other accessories. Other restrictions apply.

DETAILS:

Payment is required at booking. Your spot is not fully reserved until your invoice has been paid in full.
Payment is transferable to a different date but non-refundable.
Community Gardens places all vendors and reserves the right to move vendor spots if needed.
All Vendor correspondence is handled through this site and email. An email address will end in @cgbastrop.com or @communitygardensbastrop.com Any person using a different address or soliciting booth spaces on Facebook or Instagram is NOT affiliated with Community Gardens. Beware of scammers!

Expectations:

Vendors will supply all of their own equipment to include tent, tables, chairs, etc.
Vendors are required to stay the entire day.
Booth Setup 8:00 AM- 9:30 AM (All vendors must park in vendor parking by 9:45am)
Breakdown 5:00-6:00 PM
Late arrivals and early departures will not be allowed
You may leave your booth/tent set up overnight at your own risk. There is no overnight security on-site.
Community Gardens is not liable for any damages.
Vendor location is assigned by Community Gardens
Up to 2 entry wristbands will be provided to each booth.
It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure compliance with Texas Sale Tax Laws and Regulations.
