WHAT:
Join us for one of Bastrop's favorite fall events and get your business in front of hundreds of local families.
Booth spaces are $30, and every dollar collected goes directly back into marketing to help make this year's event even bigger and better.
All booths are outdoors and are roughly 10X10.
VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO:
Decorate their booth
Hand out candy to all guests (Can be non candy ex: trinkets, etc)
VENDORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO:
Hand out non candy coupons, or promotional items
Sell products
Connect with families and showcase their business

We're inviting businesses and organizations to join our Scarecrow Contest at the Pumpkin Patch. Each entry will be voted on by visitors, and the winner will be announced on October 25th!
MUST BE FULLY SET UP BY 10/2!

HOW:
Submit the form below to enter. You will receive more information once accepted.
THE RULES & NITTY GRITTY DETAILS
Scarecrow scenes must be family-friendly.
Displays must be securely anchored to the ground using approved methods.
Your scarecrow must be able to withstand weather and wind.
Each display must include your business or organization’s name on an 18x24” sign (we’ll add the voting number).
Displays must be removed between November 3 – 7.
